1. Fix replacing '\n' bug in both extended and regex mode.
2. Remember folding states for each file in session.
3. Fix a crash bug on uncommenting.

5. Fix the problem of Window position not saved/restored properly.
6. Add new API NPPM_GETCURRENTVIEW.
